Apocalypse Riders 1

The rulers, the people who decide the fate of the rest of the world; the "masters of the world".

- Prime minister, Roman Nickolai Maximilian von Ungern-Sternberg (Russian-mongol Empire); known as the "bloody Khan" by his enemies; old and in the collapse of the senility, his "madness" is in fact the reason of the Russian increasing power... within the middle of crazy delusions of ancient glories, others have assumed the power of the Empire, leave him as a simple symbol of stability.

- General Secretary of Government, Francisco Plutarco Elias Calles (United Revolutionary-Socialist States of America); known the "Supreme Boss" by his "comrades", the man who consolidated (and betrayed) the so called "Mexican revolution".  Even being a total incompetent in all military matters, he still is one of the greatest directive-political minds of the world, an expert in political intrigues.

- Great Lord of the Admiralty, Sir Winston Churchill (Great Commonwealth of British Nations); chief of the British resistance, and then supreme chief of the all the British Empire armed forces and the head of government of the most powerful human nation. Efficient and brutal, he is not just feared (and despised) by his enemies, but by a lot of his "allies".  

- Third Paladin of the Empire (1949-1952), Saerwen of the Last Order (The Seven roots of the Empire of Avalon); astute and young, the leader of the most stable, greatest, powerful and ancient empire in the history of the world. With a mind and heart filled with hate for the "exterior world" and totally convinced of her role, and the role of her race in the world. Easily; the most dangerous and hated person in the world.

- President of the Empire, Juan Domingo Peron (First Argentine Empire); founder member and leader of the National-corporatism labor party. A charismatic patriot and an efficient general, a man with an undeniable loyalty to his country and a maker of a new world power, however, always in the middle of romantically problems, his personal affairs always affected the public issues.

- Provisional President, John Edgar Hoover (United States of America); founder of the FBI and after the FDA (the Federal Defense Agency). An hypocrite, and a master backstabber, embittered and known for being a "secret" homosexual, he is also called (primarily by Churchill) as "a ball-less Ungern" or as a "charmless Mussolini".
